As one of the world’s largest biotech companies, a world leader in vitro diagnostics and tissue-based cancer diagnostics, and a frontrunner in diabetes management, the healthcare giant needed better working spaces in Bucharest to continue their impressive medical operations.

By having a variety of workspaces to meet a broad range of needs, staff productivity and satisfaction are expected to improve. The main objective was to improve space for employee collaboration and to allow for an easier process of connection and communication amongst colleagues through the implementation of flexible workspaces and full utilization of available space.

While taking into consideration a mid-term development of the office, we also wanted to provide spaces for individual phone calls, quiet spaces, and meeting rooms that blend in with the need for open space, call center office, and storage rooms.

As work is evolving, the workplace must change to better support the modern workforce.
