The site is located in Bucharest on Iuliu Maniu Boulevard comprising 21,306 sqm. The aim of the project was to create a 4 office building complex with an underground garage and secure bicycle storage. Each building has the advantage of functioning individually and hosting flexible configurations for office and commercial space.
