“Bringing the Club to Hoboken”

The World Racquet Club has been searching for a new location.  Mihai Radu Architects are working with the owners to produce feasibility studies to help determine the most suitable site for the new development.  Space has been allocated for a variety of courts including tennis, padel, squash, pickleball and a hockey rink.  Other amenities have been incorporated to improve end-user enjoyment including a gym with locker rooms and a spa, lounge space, offices, a café, and pro shops.  The Hoboken location is 3 stories.  The ground level is separated into two main sections, one with the hockey rink and facilities and the other with tennis and pickleball courts.  The mezzanine level above the provides an excellent viewing area for the hockey rink below.  The upper level provides additional tennis and squash courts.
