The World Racquet Club has been searching for a new location.  Mihai Radu Architects are working with the owners to produce feasibility studies to help determine the most suitable site for the new development.  Space has been allocated for a variety of courts including tennis, padel, squash and pickleball.  Other amenities have been incorporated to improve end-user enjoyment including a gym with locker rooms and a spa, lounge space, offices, a cafe, and pro-shops.  The Manhattan location is 5 stories, with a basement below grade and an open-air rooftop level.
