Located in the heart of Manhattan, Torchlight is a financial company that sought an office space designed to match their ambitious needs with high-end and sophisticated design elements. A grand standing office was designed, per clients request, to allude to the great successes of the company and it’s practice. The offices consisted of flexible open and large enclosed meeting rooms, equipped with cutting edge electronic equipment for financial transactions. A fully equipped dining area and pantry spaces were designed for both staff dinning needs and private affairs. All interior and mechanical equipment, such as lighting fixtures, were selected based on their renewability level and environmental friendliness. The project was completed within the project’s schedule and budget goals.
