“Functional yet charming student housing”

The 7-story residential building at West 104th Street was built with the intention of providing housing for Columbia University students.  Each of the 50 residential units were designed with functional, efficient layouts to accommodate the rental target market.  The project was successfully completed adhering to both the tight budget constraints and accelerated construction schedule.
