“Two-In-One Development just east of Prospect Park”

The Lincoln Road Building is a mixed-use development. It includes two buildings, connected by vertical circulation spaces, to take advantage of the through-lot condition and access the streets on either side of the lot.  The site is located within a block of Prospect Park, the subway and multiple bus routes to entice future tenants.  Both buildings feature retail units at the ground level to encourage foot traffic.  Eight residential stories comprised of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units fill the floors above.  The top floors are gifted with some of the best views of the borough’s most prominent outdoor space.
